How to Request a Refund

Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not issue a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refund: A refund returns the amount you paid for your initial purchase. Once a refund is processed, your access to premium features will be revoked immediately.

DocumentsEditor offers a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken and no refund is necessary.
